FTTC setup NCD ok. TPG modem has no internet light

Does someone know what to do here? 

 

My NCD is all good - four blue lights.

 

TPG modem has no light for internet (or even adsl).

 

Is there an email address or something for TPG customer support that's working. Phone is nightmarishly long wait and online chat basically says we're busy go away.

I believe your NBN is now connected. 

Are you able to please run 3 X speed test and post  the results here for me ? 
If possible use a WIRED connection
