Get online support

ADSL failed. New NBN Bundle Worked 5 minutes then failed. As of 13-5-20 TPG Down 8 weeks now.

How do I get technical support!!??

 

I got NBN because my DSL was down for 3 weeks and no tech support, now no tech support for NBN either.

 

Nothing answers. I now have no TPG for 3 weeks.

 

Bad.

 I reset the NBN box remotely. 

you should be able to browse now.

The NBN box all LEDS green.  But it was very hot.

Hi TonyR, 

You will be alright now on, seems some firmware update gone through.
I will highly recommend resetting tp-link router as well (By press and hold the reset button for 4sec., not power reset)

Hi Rajen 

 

Sorry to say its offline again. I dont know if its a design feature of router but "Internet" LED is very dim when internet is working. Now it is OFF and we have no internet.
