Hi @cwu23458 . Settings are PPPoE, TPG username and password. This should be enough for FTTP.

For FTTC and HFC, you need to set VLAN ID=2. This iiNet article describes setting for Asus RT AC68U which has similar menu structure to the AX82U. (Same for FTTC and HFC.)

If you are on BYO data-only plan (no VOIP service), VLAN ID is not used.

Thanks for your information. WIFI looks fine now, but my security system connect router directly and LAN is still not working....

Do you have internet access now?

What is the issue with the security system?

Which LAN is not working?

I follow the step and got internet access. Mobile and labtop had connected through wifi. But my desktop is using cable to connect router and doesn’t have internet...

Please find attached. I use the cable connected router and desktop, it says no internet.

@cwu23458 . Have you tried the desktop computer on all 4 LAN ports?

Do you have another ethernet cable?

Open a command window and do the command:       ipconfig /all

Copy and paste the ethernet details back here.

I tried all LAN ports and Ethernet cable were works fine yesterday as i just got new router replace.

I put old modem back now, LAN ports got internet.

@cwu23458 . Using the desktop, can you do the   ipconfig /all    command when the old router is connected and when the Asus is connected.
