@cwu23458 . Both ipconfigs are the same. Desktop has received an ip address as well as DHCP and DNS addresses. Can't see why desktop can't access router admin or internet.
With the Asus connected, on desktop, can you ping 192.168.50.1
And ping the laptop which is on wifi.
Does the desktop have any firewall or virus software that might be blocking the Asus?
You could try changing the Asus local ip address to 192.168.1.1.
