AX5400

I received new modem router from TPG for NBN and I get the message “Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured” waited for hours and rebooted but still not working??

Can someone help??

Hi @Bregmi, 

Your modem needs to be manually configured. Here's the TPG Supplied Modem Guides:

• TP-Link VX420-G2H
• TP-Link VX420-G2v
• TPLink VR1600v
• TP-Link VX220-G2V
