About internet connection

I am your new customer .
My iPad and pc can not connect the internet.
My iPad can find the network but can’t login,when I try to connect the network and login it always failed.
My pc use the old system i can connect to the internet with the previous service company,but when change to TPG I can’t find the router,cannot find the internet connection.
Please advise

Are you using a new modem supplied by TPG? Or are you using the same modem with your previous service? Does LAN connection work?
