My internet is not working since this morning. I did reset modem but the message came up as below.
" Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.
Can some one please help me out Asap

We tried to locate your account using your community details to no avail.

 

If you are still receiving the same message, then you need to configure the modem/router with the correct TPG username and password. We've created an article that you may use as a guide on how to configure the modem/router. Here's the link.
