Access to communication room

Hi,
I am set to have my Nbn install on Friday. They have mentioned that they need to access the communications room, which I have been notified by the property manager which they believe the TPG technician will have Access to it

Hi

Regarding the Installation. TPG/NBN will need access to the MDF located on your site.
Often MDF's are unlocked onsite, but If the MDF is in a locked room then you will need to organise for this room to be unlocked, otherwise your instalation may be delayed.
