Hi there,

I've recieved a text saying my installation has progressed however your website says that my connection hasn't been activated as yet. Could someone please provide me an update as to when i can expect this to be done?

Your NBN-FTTC 50/20 install is progressing.

There is a self install component to it that you will need to complete.

 

You need to unplug ALL existing phones, modems from the phone line, and setup the NBN NCD to the old modem socket.

I've done that however the NBN Connection doesn't seem to get a connection. The lights keep flashing but won't hold a connection.

I just recieved another text message telling me to connect my NBN modem to activate, however i continue to be unable to connect. The lights on the modem keep flashing.

But.... are you sure you have th NBN NCD connected to the socket?

What are the 4x blue lights doing?

 

The modem is different. There are 2x devcies to connect.
