I just recieved another text message telling me to connect my NBN modem to activate, however i continue to be unable to connect. The lights on the modem keep flashing.

I've done that however the NBN Connection doesn't seem to get a connection. The lights keep flashing but won't hold a connection.

Hi there, I've recieved a text saying my installation has progressed however your website says that my connection hasn't been activated as yet. Could someone please provide me an update as to when i can expect this to be done?
