Get online support
Hi,
i have to cancel the NBN service from 30/03/2020, but i am unable to cancel my plan via phone or chat.
I sent cancel email to support team, no response.
I also speak to online chat support agant, they just told me my case will be transfered. but after that,
no response!! I spend two days on this problem!! waited 10 hours !! all dialog was close in the end!!!
The customer support team is really really bad bad bad!!! i refused to pay any bill after March!! i have already try my best to contact TPG to cancel the service!!!! but they are not contactable!!!!!
How can they close the email service during these days. I don't have time waiting in front of computer to wait for their response!
there is no response at all!!!!!
