When we were setting up our connection our address 5c dounley street balga 6061 won't show up so we chose 5 dounley street balga 6061 is three addresses in one 5a, 5b and 5c. When we checked our address on the nbn website https://www1.nbnco.com.au/connect-home-or-business/check-your-address it shows up, is there anyway you can put our address as 5c dounley street balga 6061 because it is making our installation a lot longer.

We checked your address on the website that you've provided, but it shows us this;

It doesn't provide any information that the NBN technology is already available at your premises. It seems that your address is not yet registered with NBN Co.

 

I reviewed the account and learned that you were advised by our Service delivery team to send an email of your Proof of Tenancy with your full name and address on it. Were you able to do it?
