Auto Configure not updating

Hi
I’ve waited over 30 minutes and rebooted 3 times.
I have an email confirmation that the service is connected.
I understand staffing call centre is problematic but am also frustrated there is no one to take my call!
Please me know what I am doing incorrectly.

Hi again overall a really poor start to our relationship.
I logged an issue by
1: calling the phone line 5 hours ago, it advised send an email...
2: sending an email 4 hours ago, it replied log into community..
3: signing in here and logging my issue over 2 hours ago

There too many providers for your company not to provide higher service levels.
