Brand new nbn won’t work at your end

Hello. My sign in Amandacaton isn’t working. I had a technician here yesterday to connect nbn box for me. My end is all going but your end isn’t set up. This is rediculous. I have waited 5 weeks for this to happen. Finally got it and your end didn’t work, I got a email yday to say someone would ring me to try some things to get it working and of course nobody called. No reply’s today my emails. I’m fed up. I should of stuck with Telstra. Plz help. 4 kids n no internet. No way to do school work it’s bad!!!
