hi, i have been trying to chat online for support many times but the wait is just too long, and when chat comes on, they dont wait too long before disconnect you
often times, they tell you to try again..but when? everytime i tried to chat, same reply try again later
but when you try sales chat, they were available
where is this support when you need it?
only sales are important it seems
