Can you please confirm your modem/router and NBN NCD is connected like the image below and powered on?

Connection is correct. Router is power on. Modem is power off.

I'm not picking up the NBN NCD when I ran my test. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.

I tried again, but it didn't work. The connection light is still blue and blinking.
