Can't change installation date

Hi,

I've tried to change my installation date several times online as well as responding to the text asking to confirm my date to say I won't be home, and I just keep getting messages saying that someone will be in contact with no one ever calling.

My installation date is supposed to be 27/01/2020 but no one will be home this day, I need to change this to a later date.

Hi @Ran

 

For rescheduling of NBN installation, we normally require at least 3 working days before your scheduled installation date to avoid any additional fees.

 

One of our Case Managers will get in touch with you today via phone to assist in rescheduling your appointment.
