I have FTTC and can access 2.4Ghz via my Archer 1600 modem but not 5Ghz. The advance setup on the Modem shows 5Ghz available but when I connect my iphone or any device it says not internet connection.
Could someone please advise if the modem is faulty or my settings are incorrect.

Thanks for sending us your details. I was able to locate the account using your given details and ran an initial test, the result shows no line fault. Please try to perform factory reset on the modem/router. Let us know how it will go.
