Can't connect!

Signed up to TPG a week or so ago, received the tp-link AC1600 router in the post and my account updated to say the installation was complete and ready to use.
Have plugged the router in to the phone line, but no Internet. Have also plugged my laptop into the LAN port as well to try and configure, but when I have troubleshooted on the tp-link site it's says to check if the phone cable is properly connected. Any ideas?

There is no blue NBN connection box here, but TPG said there was NBN here from a previous resident. Not sure why it won't connect!

We have located the account using your community details.

 

As per checking, you NBN service is not yet installed and activated. This is the reason why your internet is still not working.

 

The standard installation time frame for this type of service normally takes 2-30 calendar days.

 

We haven't received an installation date from NBN Co. yet, but we will make a follow up with our Accounts Team to chase this matter.
