I signed up with TPG for NBN on Tuesday 26thFeb and was excited to receive the NBN FTTC modem and the TPG modem on Thursday 28th Feb. I have done as requested with the cables supplied and am concerned that if I wait up till 30days (as is a possibility -) that the DSL light is still not on (which is what happened when Telstra tried to connect me) and that this might mean a fault with my getting the NBN connected. I would rather know now than wait and then be told . My mobile number is the best contact or if your preference is to email me then this email is ok

We understand your concern that the installation may take more than 30 days once there's an issue with the line, however, we are unable to identify any upcoming issues until post installation.


Fortunately, we have an excellent working relationship with the NBN co. and skilled Engineers which will handle the issue and provide resolution as soon as possible.
