I moved house 5 weeks ago, and still haven't got any updates from TPG. Today I called 131423, the case officer told me I need to upload a proof of occupancy. I just wondering why not telling me the very first day?
Should I wait for another 2-30 business days? Can I cancel my service and get my money back?
