Cancel my NBN50 service

I've attempted to contact tpg on the support number provided, I filled out a cancellation form, and I've emailed cancel@tpg.com.au without success.

 

So now I'm here and this is my request for immediate cancellation of my NBN FTN 50 with Voice service.

 

Package Type :   NBN FTTN 50 with Voice

Service Cancellation Date : 20-09-2024 [Immediately]

Remaining Months Contract :      0

 

Per 3.5 of the terms, I am cancelling within 42 days of your notice of change to my agreement, and expect the 30 day notice to be waived per the description in the terms which specifically states that there will be no charges other than usage and network, neither of which I am using any more.

 

The relevant item from the terms for your referernce:

"If we change the agreement under clause 3.1(6), you may cancel the agreement within 42 days of the date of the notice without incurring charges, other than usage or network access charges to the date the agreement ends and outstanding amounts for installation or for equipment with other suppliers' services."
