Cancellation fee seriously??????

WHY am I being charged for cancelling/transferring my NBN service????

I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO FEE FOR CANCELLING. No other provider does this. This is a disgraceful act.

I am on the pension, I think this is horrible way to get money out of people. I will be forwarding a complaint to the TIO.

How could you also do this to pensioners who can hardly live day by day.

My billing period was paid up until the 18/11/2021, exactly the same date you received notification of transfer.
