My NBN plan started from 29th July with 18months contract.
After moving in, I realised there is no phone socket and TPG tech guys told me that
I need to hire private electeician to install a phone socket to access NBN.
Installing socket cost almost $300 and I consider it is not worth for just copper line NBN access.
I like to know what is the cancellation fee if I cancel NBN plan now.
I already asked this same question 2 times without proper answer from TPG.
Please just let me know how much does cacellation cost.
