Cancellation of my account without my consent

My internet connection is disconnected , when I call for the issue I was told the your account is cancelled because someone asked for change of service provider. (Who ?God knows) Now i have to apply again and pay the bill and wait for 10 days.I am with tpg since 2013, and now i am treated like an animal. Why should i pay again and why should i wait for another long period. I am very disappointed and not being helped
