Cancelling NBN

I preordered NBN with a lock-contract a while ago, but next week is the installation and I've changed my mind that I don't want NBN. Is there a way to cancel my order?

We regret to hear that you want to cancel your NBN order. Soon all of Australia will be connected to the NBN, but we will respect your decision.

I will arrange a call from our Service delivery team if it's still possible to discontinue the order. Please shoot me a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
