Checking on NBN installation progress

Good day,
I received email and SMS told me my nbn is installed, but turns out I still can’t use home internet yet. Can I check on my current installation status please ?

If you already received activation confirmation and still unable to access the internet yet, please check the physical setup of your modem (and nbn box if you have one). You may also be required to do manual configuration on your modem.
