Complaint - Internet(NBN) not working

Hi, it's been a week that our internet was very slow around 0.5Mbps which is rediculous. And today we totally can not use our internet at all. We have restarted the router many times but not working. Our current plan is NBN cable 50 however our internet speed has never get the speed which this plan supposed to be. We have tried to call but nobody answered the phone. And the online webchat is always not available. 
We need someone to urgently look into this and fix the internet problem ASAP! We paid $70 every month but cannot use the service which is not acceptable. We will stop payment if the problem cannot be fixed.

Have you do some troubleshooting?

That speed test results are doing using you computer wireless or wired connection?

If you can check the speed with your mobile (speedtest app) are you still getting similar results?
