Connect the internet

Hi there !
My name is Xiaohua xxxxx(Olivia). My address is 8 xxxxx xxxx, xxxxxx VIC xxx. My internet account is xxxx. My NBN has been active .on the 18thof March.But I just moved in . Could you please instruct me to set up the modem and connect the internet ?

For newly installed NBN service, we did an article that you may find helpful.

• NBN FTTN/FTTB Setup - General Setup
• NBN HFC Setup - General Setup
• NBN FTTP Setup - General Setup
• NBN FTTC Setup - General Setup
• NBN Fixed Wireless Setup - General Setup

In the event that you successfully set up the NBN service and still not working you may check if there is an ongoing outage affecting the service. See this link for reference How to Check for NBN Network Outage.

If there's no outage, you may perform basic troubleshooting step available in this article Troubleshooting no internet connection.

In this particular case, we've seen that the NBN service installation has been completed and connected to our network.
