Connection issue

Hi.
After 6 hours in the chat and 3 hours on the phone I am in no better position. Long story short the modem isn’t configured and the rude Arlene customer Supercheap just cut me off and ended the chat

The problem remains.

I have a flashing optical light and an orange dnid 1 light

If you're having issues with NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.
