Constant internet drops immediately after ticket is closed

I had constant internet drops and reported the issue to TPG and was allocated a ticket. As long as the ticket was open the connection was fine. I received calls from TPG to clarify. However the moment the ticket is closed the internet keeps dropping like once every hour. This is ridiculous! What type of service is this?

We can see that the previously escalated fault was caused by a line issue from NBN Co.'s side, based on the latest fault from our Engineers no fault were found that could affect the service, they tried to contact you today but no avail.

 

Based on the latest report, the service has been reconnected for 2h 39m and still under monitoring by our Engineers. You may reply to the SMS that was sent to you for your best contact time and number. Let us know should you require further assistance.
