Cost of month to month contract without modem?

I have my own NBN Modem so I don't want to get a new one, can I ask how much does it cost to have a month to month contract without modem? I can sign a 18 months contract but I don't know if the speed is good as advertised. $69 for 45Mbps is quite cheap.
