Hi, we have bought a the DSL-2888A to replace our old modem and router connecting with wireless wifi only (so no Ethernet connection) to our MacBook Pro iPhones and SmartTV. We followed the D-Link guide to set-up on the MacBook using the web browser address given also using our TPG username and password but the internet will not connect. We’ve tried several times. We have a TPG FTTP plan. We emailed the TPG help desk but the response was to go to the community site and we couldn’t locate a similar issue. Can you please help - what are we missing? Thanks Seth
