Damaged footing on my house

I need to speak to someone of some importancy and urgency in TGP.  They installed NBN in the building behind our house and we have just found out they have damaged our home footings.  We went investigated under our house for the reason we have a large crack down our wall outside and discovered our footings are damaged.  We need this to be looked at ASAP.
