My NBN was installed on 10th May this year and have no idea why the data was consumed so quickly. Just 14 days alreday reached the limit on the peak time?! I checked the record, on 10th May first day of NBN commence, I was even not at home and didn't use the internet after installation, why huge amount of data was used then?!
Also the seconding thing is the cable speed of NBN is always only under 200kps (Wifi is not too bad, which has 400-500kps average). This had happened in first day of installation and last for 2 weeks untill now, not even because of the reason for reaching the quota limit.
Could you please check the usage record in details and check the speed of cable network for me.
