I am seeking an update on the status of the NBN service i ordered. I have received no communication in regards to timing of delivery despite being billed in advance for this service and reaching out to the Queue Case Manger on several occasions. It has now been nearly 4 weeks since the order was placed.

Hi Ken,
The Case manager responded today and has asked me to wait another 48hours for an update from NBN Co. If i do not hear back in 48 hours i will get back in touch.
