I signed up with TPG yesterday (26/03/20200, payed the advance, and today received an email saying that my service is to be installed within the next 2 business days. However, I have not gotten any updates on whether my modem has been sent.
Once our NBN switches to TPG, will it even work with our current Telstra modem, or will we have no internet until our new TPG modem arrives? It should not be "installed" until we physically have the modem, or else what is the point?
