My TPG staff is coming Feb 12th ,I think that will be so late for us , I really need internet to do my work possible . Can you please advance the date of installing the TPG to my home ? Thank you !

I understand that you're very excited to have your TPG service installed.
I searched for your customer ID via your community email address and was unable to locate your details.Are you able to PM us your customer ID so that I may look through your records?
