I would like to know how the billing cycle works. I have given my debit card details to register with TPG but I have no idea how much is taken from my account each week or month. I understand the first month at connection will be more than usual.
My plan is NBN 12 which is $59.99 per month. Does that amount get debited from my account each month or how does it work? I have received no information on how this works.
