Dsl light not on

Email says it is activated, but I plug in dsl cable to old telstra gen2 modem, the dsl light is not on. Can anyone check pls?

What type of service do you have with us? Is it newly installed?

It says NBN FTTN 50 in email. The service with TPG starts newly yesterday. Previous internet service moved yesterda with owner.
