Sorry just to confirm
It's possible to plug an updated eero 6+ directly into the nbn black box? And get rid of the archer modem?
I've tried with no success...

Hi @Nakor

You can make it work as long as you configure the device correctly.

If you have an NBN bundled service (Internet and VoIP), then you need to configure the Eero with VLAN ID 2 and use PPPoE connection type with your TPG username and password.

If you are under the NBN Data only plan, then you just need to configure the Eero with PPPoE connection type and use your TPG username and password.

Yep I'm a straight nbn cable superfast, no voip and tried pppoe with my user name pass
No connection...
