I signed up and TPG only dispatched the modem at a cost of $10. I had to call and ask where the Network Connection Device was (NCD) as this was not sent and they have charged me another $10 for the dispatch of equipment. I dont understand why i should be charged twice when you should have sent it with the modem.

I was able to locate the account using your community details and I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Provisioning Case Manager the shipping fee for the NCD box has been requested to be waived. We'll raise this with them for additional reference on file.
