FTTC Draytek Router

Hi, 

I am trying to set up a friends FTTC connection.

I am using NBN FTTC Connection box. Lights on box are as follows:
Power: Solid Blue

DSL: Solid Blue

Connection: Solid Blue

LAN: Flashing Blue

I am using Draytek 2862 Router connected via WAN2

TPG have supplied me with: 

WAN IP

WAN DEFAULT GATEWAY

SUBNET MASK

PRIMARY DNS

SECONDARY DNS.

I have been told no authentication is needed. I have set the router to connect using vlan tag 2 then use Static  IP using the supplied details above. MPoA. Is this the right way to connect or should i be using PPPoE? i have not been supplied any login details for this mode. 

Would be great to get some answers

Welcome to the community!

Yes, the PPPoE mode must be selected and your TPG Username and password is required to get connection with the modem/router. Let us know how it will go.
