I just received the NBN Modem today but there was no NCD delivered. The NBN in my street is apparently Ready for Connection as shown on the NBN Status page.
I accessed My TPG Installation Status Web Page and it states the "Installation is Progressing" but there is no option to set a Installation date time etc. Not sure if i require a visit from a Technician or not. I feel I am capable of installing te devices myself.
Please confirm what is the next step to be done?

We're sad to know that the NBN installation has not been completed due to missing NBN-NCD box. We'll raise this to our Provisioning Team and arrange urgent feedback. PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with your best contact number and preferred time.

I have now received notification from TPG that an Installer is now scheduled to attend my premises to complete installation. Should be all sorted soon!
