Tried your call centre.  Got transferred around to multiple people, was told I will get a call back in 48hrs.

We're able to locate an account using your community details. We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Account Specialists today and advised the charges for the ongoing NBN installation. The modem/router will be shipped within 1-2 working days in major cities and 3-4 working days in rural areas. Consignment number will be sent via email.
