FTTC NBN Activation issue

Dear TPG Community,

I am having an activation issue with a new FTTC install. NDC won't connect, I logged the problem with TPG and a NBN technician is to investigate, but I haven't had any communication since (Friday 3rd January). How long does it take for the NBN to respond to issue requests?

We were advised by NBN Co that the connection should start working as they are able to detect a power coming from the NCD (Network Connection Device).


Please make sure that everything is properly connected. You may refer to the article that we've created that will guide you with the set up.
