Get online support
Received my NBN Box, Modem and Text Message to connect.
Followed the simple instructions. No lights (only power light on, second light is flashing and occasional click).
Called TPG and was told to wait 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. Still nothing.
Tried to plug my ADSL back in and it doesn't work either, so no internet at all now!
Please help

We're sad to know that you're having difficulty with the service. If only the Power light is lit on the NBN box it is a sign of a possible line fault. We tried to use your community details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.
