FTTC NBN-NCD not connecting.

My NCD dropped connection and is cycling with a flashing blue and then flashing red connection light.

I’ve checked all connections and tried a reset and a hard reboot of the device but no luck.
No NBN outage detected according to the NBN website and nothing on the TPG status
