Get online support
I am upgrading to FTTP from FTTC.
The NBN technicians have attended our house yesterday to install the NBN Boxes, and told us on site that it was successful. No one at TPG or NBN knows this as they are waiting for the paperwork.
Since the NBN technicians attended our FTTC connection has stopped working so we have no internet and no one can work from home.
I have tried calling many different departments but just seem to get lost between installations, tech support, and enquiries, and no one can fix my problem.
I tried resetting the NBN FTTC connection, but it is just stuck at the flashing second blue light, so I assume there is nothing I can do to fix this.
Preferably, the NBN cutover to the FTTP would hurry up, but I assume TPG is waiting for NBN and NBN doesn't know its technicians have already been out.
I really just need either connection to work. I thought the FTTC would keep working till we cutover.
Any help appreciated.
Hi @paullarsen25 . What is the colour of the lights on FTTP NBN box? Power, Optical, Alarm?
Have you tried connecting the router to FTTP box? Usually UNI-D1 port.
A config option on your wifi router is to disable VLAN ID since not normally used on FTTP. But try it both ways.
TPG might be in contact in a day or so.

You can try them in Facebook. This link takes you straight to TPG's Facebook inbox:
