Failed Internet installation

My Internet installation was scheduled on 6/05/20 and still don’t have it. Calling second day, being redirected from one person to another while waiting for each person for 2 and more hours and still the problem isn’t resolved. But money are withdrawn !!! What’s going on here? When I get Internet installed?

Your NBN order is still showing incomplete. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.
